Wingstop is expanding its reach on Long Island with a new location on the South Shore. The plan is to open later this fall at 330 Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst.
“We’re thrilled to begin serving the South Shore of Long Island with the opening of our Lindenhurst location,” said Sunsha Parker, a Wingstop field marketing manager.
“There is a strong community presence in Lindenhurst where families and individuals alike live, work, and play — we are looking forward to becoming a part of these families by delivering flavor into their homes,” she said.
Wingstop was first introduced to the island in 2018 when the chain opened its doors at 1209 Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon.
This original spot is also scheduled for a refresh later this year with renovation plans in the works for an updated exterior and parking lot.
Patrons can order Wingstop for carry out or delivery through Wingstop.com or DoorDash.
“With the offering of classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders – all hand-sauced-and-tossed in our 11 signature flavors – plus our crave-able sides and dips, there’s something for everyone at Wingstop,” Parker said.
There are also locations in Centereach, Shirley and Freeport.

According to their website, the restaurant chain was founded in 1994 in Garland, Texas, and began offering franchises in 1998.
