20 photos from Bay Shore’s Winter Festival

|

Downtown Bay Shore hosted its annual old fashioned Winter Festival on Saturday.

From 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., locals gathered at the Main Street Band Shell to watch caroling by Bay Shore High School Harmonaires and performances from the Second Grade Scholars of Brook Avenue and Mary G. Clarkson Schools.

There was also a Christmas tree and Menorah lighting ceremony.

To cap the night off, both Santa Claus and Frosty the Snowman made their visits to the festival.

In addition to the Winter Festival, downtown Bay Shore also participated in Small Business Saturday.
