This Lindy brewery just added more outside seating for people to enjoy some cold ones in Long Island’s summer sun.
27A Brewing Company owner Melissa Bates-Cook said plans for the property’s side yard started in March.
“With COVID-19 restrictions, we reduced our capacity at that time,” she said. Even with things now loosing up, she added, “we wanted to have the outdoor seating anyway for those who are more comfortable with sitting outside right now.”
There’s usually anywhere from eight to nine tables outside, which has doubled the brewery’s overall capacity.
The space is dog-friendly and yard games are available too. And, movie lovers will be happy to know they plan on having a film projector in the side yard for movie nights.
For those on the run, everything 27A Brewing has on tap can be taken to-go.
