New Village at Patchogue is welcoming its first clothing shop.
Say More Boutique is in the works for a 1,124-square-foot space on Havens Avenue, just off West Main Street in the village.
“Say More Boutique provides hand-selected, chic and unique fashion statement pieces at reasonable prices,” reads a media release from TRITEC Real Estate Company, the New Village developers. “They are passionate about fashion, offering small-batch selections, so there’s always something new and trend-worthy in the store.”
This will be the first clothing store to locate in the $110 million, 291-residential unit complex, which opened in 2014. New Village also offers 46,100-square-feet of restaurant and retail space on its ground floor. That space has so far attracted a number of restaurants, as well as a credit union and a physician’s office.
According to TRITEC, the people behind Say More Boutique select fashions that reflect their values of being mindful of the environment, animal rights, human rights, and fair trade.
“Supplying goods made in the USA is important to them,” the announcement reads. “If the products are not made in the USA, Say More ensure they are fair trade.”
