Long Island’s craft beer community will come together on the North Fork later this month as the Long Island Hop Festival heads to the Hop Garden at Jamesport Farm Brewery.
The two-day festival, set for Aug. 29 and 30 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., will feature tastings from several Long Island breweries, live music, food trucks and local vendors in the brewery’s scenic hop garden. Each general admission ticket includes a souvenir tasting glass and samples from every participating brewery, giving guests the opportunity to explore a variety of locally crafted beers all in one place.
Participating breweries include Jamesport Farm Brewery, Long Island Farm Brewery, Ubergeek Brewing, North Fork Brewing Co., Long Island Farm Cidery, Stay Green Brewing Co. and Secatogue Brewing Co.
Riverhead Ciderhouse and Ghost Brewing Co. will also pour on Aug. 29.
General admission is $45. Designated driver tickets are available for $15 and include a soft drink.
The festival will be held at Jamesport Farm Brewery, 5873 Sound Ave. in Riverhead.
