Chipotle Mexican Grill is coming to Port Jeff Station this spring

Chipotle Mexican Grill and its popular burrito bowls are coming to Port Jeff Station this spring.

“I can confirm that we will be opening a location [in Port Jeff Station],” a Chipotle spokesperson told GreaterPortJeff on Thursday.

The Tex-Mex restaurant will be opening in a location adjacent to Port Jeff Cinemas, which is located in the Port Plaza shopping center on Route 112.

The shopping center also serves as a home to Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace and LA Fitness, among other stores.

The nearest location for a Chipotle Mexican Grill, which is headquartered in Denver, Co., is currently in Selden on Route 25/Middle Country Road, near County Road 83.

All together, there are well over 2,000 Chipotle locations across the U.S. and over two dozen on Long Island, including a new location in Patchogue.
