The Brewers Collective is inviting the entire beer-drinking public to celebrate its brand-new brewery and tasting room in Bay Shore.
The Collective’s grand opening party will run from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to take place at 3 p.m.
The celebration will feature food trucks, live music by Long Island’s own “The Decoys” and special beer releases throughout the day. Over 12 varieties of beer will be available for purchase.
The brewery and tasting room is located on 1460 North Clinton Avenue, Unit C. The 1,300-square-foot space contains a tap room where the public can order tasters or individual pints from a 12-tap system.
The brewery contains a state-of-the-art, three-barrel electric brewing system.
