The Brightwaters Inn — The B.W.I. as the locals call it — is officially open for business.
On Sept. 18, the brothers behind Bay Shore’s Verde Kitchen & Cocktails and Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar officially relaunched the Brightwaters Inn.
Anthony and Andrew Tartaglia, along with James Howell, Nick Ketcham, and Ian Soukup — O.G. staffers from Verde and Coastal — took possession of the neighborhood bar and grille earlier this year, and over the last few months, have revamped the established pub.
New additions like multiple big-screen TVs and a new backdoor patio have been installed.
The owners kept the pool table. And they kept the dartboard, too.
Visitors can choose from a variety of cocktails, such as a Coastal Daiquiri, Verde Margarita, and a Fire Island staple — the Zippy Cooler.
The Brightwaters Inn is located 200 Orinoco Drive in Brightwaters Village. To learn more visit its Facebook page and Instagram.
