The pool is full and glistening. The new splash pad is tested and ready. And the weather seems like it will likely cooperate.
Opening day for Patchogue’s Beach Club & Splash Pad on June 29 is almost upon us. What’s different about this first day at the pool is long-awaited debut of the water park’s splash pad. Initially slated to open last summer, the permitting process delayed its unveiling until now.
The fence-in splash pad is between the pool and Maiden Lane; it’s entirely enclosed by fencing. It features separate play areas for smaller and bigger children. The daily admission rate includes access to both the splash pad and the pool. There is no prorated fee for using just one out of the two facilities.
