Daisy’s Nashville Lounge has settled into its new location in Miller Place, celebrating its grand opening last weekend.
In mid-September, Greater Long Island visited for a photo tour of the new space at 1025 Route 25A in North Country Plaza. (Scroll down for photos.)
For those unfamiliar, this is Daisy’s second location on Long Island. The first opened in 2019 on Patchogue’s Main Street, in the former Hoptron Brewtique craft beer bar.
The honky-tonk concept was the brainchild of longtime friends and business partners Brian Adams and Tim McCarthy.
“I had this idea for a while,” McCarthy said of opening Daisy’s in Patchogue. “When I saw this spot, I knew right away — there’s a great vibe here.”
Fast forward five years, and the duo has opened their second Daisy’s location, which is nearly three times the size of the original. It boasts a larger stage for live music, a huge rectangular bar, a DJ booth wrapped in cowhide, and seating for 180 guests.
“We’re excited to bring this Southern experience to the North Shore with bigger bands and a great community,” McCarthy said.
