Two well-known dining spots in Huntington Village — The Rust & Gold and 1653 Pizza Company — have hit the market as a single package deal.
The eateries, neighboring restaurants with distinct concepts, are being offered for a combined $1.2 million, the owner announced.
The listing was shared publicly by the owner Frank Antonetti via Instagram. It notes that the two businesses generate about $2.8 million in annual gross revenue.
The package also includes a mobile catering operation and food truck.
“I am selling a package of two restaurants in Huntington Village for $1.2 million,” he says in the Instagram post. “This deal is perfect for a restaurant group to come in, continue the concept and keep building the business.”
The owner said the properties benefit from plenty of dedicated parking.
The Rust & Gold has built a following for its elevated American fare and lively bar atmosphere, drawing crowds for dinner service and late-night drinks.
Next door, 1653 Pizza Company has carved out its niche with specialty pies, casual offerings and a steady takeout and delivery business.
In the listing, Antonetti suggests the existing brands could be maintained or expanded under new ownership.
Antonetti declined to elaborate further on the sale beyond the listing details but confirmed to Greater Long Island that the sale has already generated interest from potential buyers.
