Bath & Body Works, huge Foot Locker to join Nordstrom in Bay Shore

|

The much-anticipated opening of Suffolk County’s only Nordstrom Rack has been announced for June 13 at Gardiner Manor Mall in Bay Shore.

And a sign also just went up announcing a huge Foot Locker — typically reserved for smaller locations inside malls — will be taking up space where the Modell’s Sporting Goods once held residency.

Foot Locker is expected to open later this month.

The Foot Locker is in the works along with a Bath & Body Works, which is also listed as coming soon to the Gardiner Manor Mall, which is anchored by a Target, King Kullen and Barnes & Noble.

It was not immediately clear how the new, larger Foot Locker store will be different from the smaller stores, or if the South Shore Mall location will be closing with the new store’s arrival.

Greater Long Island has reached out to Foot Locker representatives for additional details.

According to Ripco, the Gardiner Manor Mall is now fully leased.
