Blink Fitness informed its members that its Selden gym is shuttering.
On Monday morning, the company sent an email stating it “made the difficult decision to permanently close” at 107 College Plaza, effective July 31.
The gym opened up in that location about seven years ago, filling a vacant spot left by Staples.
In the email, the gym said people can cancel their memberships or transfer to the local Blink Fitnesses in Islandia, Brentwood, or West Islip.
