Patchogue has itself a sparkling new burrito joint.
Burrito Mariachi held a grand opening celebration on Monday at its new spot 272 East Main Street, the site of the old Checkers.
This is owner Sam Liu’s third location, with his other two stores being in Massapequa and Farmingdale. Liu opened his first Burrito Mariachi in Wantagh in 2011. He has since sold that location.
The new Patchogue location features a drive-thru service, which will only serve preset options to ensure it runs quickly.
