Cosimo’s Cocktails and Fine Italian Cuisine opens today, Thursday, Sept. 30, at 11 a.m. on South Country Road in East Patchogue.
Cosimo’s will be specializing in grilled pizza and other Southern Italian dishes.

In the run-up to their grand opening, the Cosimo’s team had been offering their full menu for to-go orders — to give locals a little sneak preview.
Cosimo’s has taken over the permanently closed SC Tavern at 668 South Country Road.
Southern Italian cuisine dominates the menu, which includes calamari, grilled eggplant, linguine with fresh clams, chicken marsala, and more. There’s also a gluten-free pizza option, for those wondering.
