Five artists we found on Bellport Lane

Accustomed to photographing weddings and special events, on Saturday KLD Photography co-owner Krystle DiNicola had only her works of fine art on display.

Her photos included models, wild animals and still lifes.

“I’ve traveled throughout the U.S.” to find her subjects, she said.

The photographs also included a closeup of cherries submerged in water called “Life is just …” The piece won the People’s Choice Award in the Brookhaven Arts & Humanities Council‘s still life exhibit in 2013.
