DeLisi’s 4 X 6-foot piece, called “Maylea” (Hawaiin for wildflower) was a real crowd draw in Bellport, though the Moriches artist said he’s only recently started tackling larger projects. Most of his pieces are smaller.
He said he’s been participating in the Artists on the Lane event for about five years.
“There’s always great traffic,” he said. “There’s good people here.”
