The “new” Record Stop opened its doors on Railroad Avenue in May, about seven years after the first store, started by Bruce Berg in 1974, closed in Lake Ronkonkoma in 2010. Record Stop offers vinyl records, record players, concert shirts, CD’s, even tapes. Bruce’s son Jeff now runs the show. “I give him credit,” Bruce tells us. “That place is awesome.”
