They don’t just want you to shop until you drop at Sunday’s annual Shopping Crawl in Babylon Village. The Chamber of Commerce is hoping you shop until you drop in at Mary Carroll’s.
The chamber’s big shopping event kicks off at 11 a.m. on Nov. 6, with sign-in and registration taking place at Ooh La La Boutiques and Pandemonium Boutique until 4 p.m. The first 200 to register on Sunday will receive the trademark event shopping tote filled “with coupons and goodies,” the chamber said.
The after-party gets going at 3 p.m. at Mary Carroll’s, where shoppers are invited to indulge in a free drink and some food. The bar and restaurant will hold raffle drawings and 50/50. There will also be “swag bags” and giveaways, the chamber said.
The more cash shoppers spend throughout the village during the Shopping Crawl, the more free raffle tickets they will receive toward some prizes donated by participating businesses.
