The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet will be hosting its 23rd annual Holiday House Tour on Sunday, Dec. 4 (rain, shine, snow), from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Several historically and/or architecturally interesting homes will be decorated for the holidays as tour guides in Victorian dress greet you at each home.
This is a message from The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet.
The reception, which is held at one of Islip’s historic churches, includes live entertainment, refreshments, a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle. We will, again, be collecting toys for the USMC ‘Toys-for- Tots’ campaign. Please donate a new, unwrapped toy.
All tickets go on sale, starting Nov. 8. at Nook & Cranny, 469 Main St., Islip, 631-277-7600 (cash or check only); or go to our website to order through Eventbrite, where a limited amount of tickets will be sold.
