It’s Christmastime at South Shore Mall; here’s what’s happening

Santa arrived today, Nov. 21, to the South Shore Mall in Bay Shore, marking the start of holiday shopping season.

But that’s not all the mall has lined up for Christmastime. There’s a holiday market set to start Dec. 8 in the court outside Dick’s Sporting Goods The Bohemia Gifts and Crystals pop-up shop will be open all holiday season near Forever 21.

And, Ulta is launching a pre-holiday sale starting at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24

Then there are the special events and concerts, including:

• Health Fair: Nov. 23 in the Macy’s court.
• NY Blood Center Drives: Nov. 9, Dec. 16, and Dec. 26, also in the Macy’s court.
• East Islip High School Orchestra Performance: Dec. 12 at 6 p.m. at the Islip Arts Gallery.
• West Islip High School Orchestra Performance: Dec.14 from 2 to 4 p.m., also at the Islip Arts Gallery.
