Congratulations to these bartenders who will be competing in Greater Long Island’s first-ever Bartender Battle Long Island. Below is the 16-bartender bracket, broken up by geography. The head-to-head voting will start in February on greaterlongisland.com.
We also sincerely apologize for any hurt feelings. Our editorial team combed through close to 1,000 nominations from the drinking public, and we know that a 16-barkeep tourney isn’t exactly representative of all these great people. But there’s always 2024!
The Bracket
How it works
Fans will get to vote on greaterlongisland.com in head-to-head battles in February into March. Eventually, the field will be narrowed to two who will battle in-person (and on video) before three judges at a neutral Island spot that’s yet to be determined. The challenge will be to mix three classic cocktails, also TBD.
