Krispy Kreme doughnuts are now available at McDonald’s across Long Island

|

Long Islanders can now satisfy their sweet tooth with Krispy Kreme doughnuts at McDonald’s.

Starting Tuesday, the fast-food giant began offering the popular doughnuts at its locations across Long Island and New York City. The rollout is part of a national expansion that began in Kentucky in 2021, replacing the McCafé pastry lineup in select markets.

The doughnuts are delivered fresh daily and available from breakfast until they sell out. Customers can grab them individually or by the half-dozen.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

  • Original Glazed® Doughnut – The classic, melt-in-your-mouth doughnut covered in Krispy Kreme’s signature glaze.
  • Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles Doughnut – A chocolate-covered version of the original, topped with rainbow sprinkles.
  • Chocolate Iced Kreme™ Filled Doughnut – A fluffy doughnut filled with smooth Kreme™ filling and dipped in chocolate icing.

McDonald’s expects to offer Krispy Kreme at half of its U.S. locations by the end of the year and nationwide by 2026. Other cities already serving the doughnuts include Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, and Louisville.

This latest expansion comes a year after Krispy Kreme doughnuts arrived at Walmart stores across Long Island, giving locals even more ways to get their fix.
