Three major lottery prizes totaling $8 million were claimed Tuesday on New York Lottery tickets purchased at Long Island retail locations, lottery officials announced.

The largest prize, a $5,000-a-week-for-life top prize on the Set For Life scratch-off game, was claimed by The Hills Park DBGM LLC of Albany.

The winning ticket was bought at King Kullen, 2305 Jericho Turnpike, Garden City Park. The group opted for a one-time lump sum payment of about $2.24 million after required withholdings.

Francine and Theodore Rosen of Massapequa claimed a $2 million Mega Millions second prize for matching five numbers in the April 15 drawing.

Their prize was doubled thanks to the game’s Multiplier feature. They purchased their winning ticket at Manya Card and Gifts, 1250C Hicksville Road, Seaford.

The Rosens split the lump sum payout evenly, each receiving about $651,000 after taxes.

Nicole Hernandez of Elmont won $1 million on the Bonus 20X scratch-off game. Her ticket was purchased at Jav Tiger Mart, 10 Fulton Ave., Hempstead.

Hernandez received a lump sum payment of $436,171 after withholdings.

The three claims come just days after a $4 million Mega Millions prize was awarded to a Massapequa Park man on Friday. Like the Rosens, he also purchased his winning ticket at Manya Card and Gifts in Seaford.
