Northwell Health teams with St. Joseph’s College to offer reduced tuition for employees


St. Joseph’s College has entered into an educational partnership with Northwell Health healthcare network and will be offering “generously discounted” tuition rates to all Northwell employees.

Those employees must enroll in land-based (not online) programs at either of the Long Island (Patchogue) or Brooklyn campuses.

Normally the school costs just under $26,000 a year for 12 credits or more for each of two semesters.

“The specific discount information is available through the Northwell HR office,” said Melissa Kuehnle, a spokesperson for St. Joseph’s.

Enrolled students must be new to the college or wish to enroll as graduate students, according to an announcement issued Wednesday by St. Joseph’s College.

SJC’s other educational partners include Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU), Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center, Long Island Railroad, Catholic Charities, Estee Lauder, Ridgewood Savings Bank, The Brooklyn Diocese and National Grid.
