The first five customers through the door at a new North Babylon restaurant later this week won’t just get lunch — they’ll dine free at the eatery for a year.
Teriyaki Madness debuts Friday on Long Island at 1201 Deer Park Ave., offering free meals for a year to its first five paying guests as part of its grand opening.
The promotion is part of a two-day opening push that also includes $6 chicken teriyaki bowls on Friday nd Saturday.
The Seattle-based chain, founded in 2003, centers its menu on made-to-order teriyaki bowls with such proteins such as chicken, steak, salmon and tofu, served with vegetables, rice or noodles and house sauces.
The brand has grown to more than 200 locations nationwide. Operated by Yummy Restaurants LLC, Teriyaki Madness has its sights set on opening additional restaurants on Long Island as part of a broader Northeast expansion.
The North Babylon location will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Along with it’s dine-in service, the restaurant will offer curbside pickup through the chain’s Mad Dash program, as well as catering services.
“Expanding into Long Island is an important milestone for Teriyaki Madness as we continue to grow our national footprint,” said Jodi Boyce, chief marketing officer of Teriyaki Madness.
“This market aligns well with our values, and we are confident that Yummy Restaurants franchising and operational expertise will position this location for long-term success.”
