The Tap Room’s second Nassau County location opened Wednesday in Rockville Centre, where Arooga’s had closed at 49 North Village Avenue.
This is the company’s fourth location on the island.
“We had a very busy first weekend and it was greta meeting so many people from the Rockville Centre community,” said co-owner James Bonnano, who opened his first location with partner Dave Johnson in Patchogue.
“Many of the local business owners came in and gave us a warm welcome!” he added.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have chosen Rockville Centre.”
The other Nassau location is in Massapequa park, with a fourth location in downtown Bay shore.
For the uninitiated, the vibe of Tap Room is a casual atmosphere with a late-night kitchen and a wide beer selection.
Bonanno and Johnson are joined in RVC with partners Kevin Boyle and Steve Cubells.
