The Gateway Plaza in Patchogue is getting two new tenants.
Burlington and Ashley’s HomeStore will be splitting 51,537-square-feet of space that last held a Bob’s Stores, according to a report by Newsday.
The building at 499 Sunrise Highway, which is currently undergoing a facade upgrade, is aiming to launch by early summer.
That’s what a manager at Patchogue Burlington on 196 East Main Street confirmed to GreaterPatchogue on Tuesday.
The department store and the furniture retailer are joining a plaza filled with other national chains, including Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls and HomeGoods.
