The developers of a proposed luxury apartment building on Patchogue River have called a community meeting to address any resident concerns.
The meeting is scheduled for this Thursday, Feb. 7, at The Oar Steak & Seafood Grill in Patchogue, at 6:30 p.m. The topic will be the 50-unit apartment building being proposed for the riverfront — at the west end of Mulford Street.
Anthony Bartone, a Long Island-based multifamily developer, is working with a national multifamily developer, Ron Terwilliger, on the Patchogue River project. The architect on the project is Glen Cherveny from GRCH Architecture, based in Islandia.
As previously reported, the proposed design, which went to Planning Board last month, includes 137 parking spaces, a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 55 boat slips with residents having a right of first refusal.
Other proposed amenities include a rooftop club with fireplace and fitness area. The developer is shooting for a price range starting around $2,500 per month for the 1-bedroom apartments.
The site is between the Watch Hill Ferry Terminal and The Oar Steak & Seafood Grille.
