The new WhiskeyNeat has called in a heavy hitter in NYC’s culinary scene for a special night in Patchogue on Tuesday, June. 1.
Chef Mike Lettas has cooked at numerous James Beard events, served as the on-set chef at Marvel and Netflix productions, and worked as a food stylist for Food Network.
He’s delighted from some of NYC’s top kitchens, including Esca, Tribeca Grill and Riverpark, and is currently doing private events-only in NYC.
But June 1 was open for Lettas, who’s heading to Patchogue to prepare a 9-course tasting dinner for guests at WhiskeyNeat. Tap here for tickets.
“He’s got a really wild creative personality, and that really comes through in his food,” said Michael Jordan, operating partner at WhiskeyNeat. “It’s a thrill to have such a talented, well-traveled chef come to Patchogue.”
He’s also going to be on hand to discuss the dishes as they come out.
The tastings Tuesday will be “high end, Greek- and Mediterranean-inspired,” said Jordan, “right in our little village.”
Tickets are $85 pp. Tap to reserve.
