People flocked to the sidewalks of South Country Road Saturday to celebrate Bellport Village’s biggest day of the year: the Bellport Day Festival.
Vendors set up shop alongside the storefronts, creating a little shopping paradise for the day that offered Long Island-themed crafts, handmade jewelry, wine tastings, clothing, baked goods and more.
There was also Roxy’s ice cream truck and a barbecue.
Students from Stage Door School of Dance performed for audiences, along with an American folk band called The New Students, and others, with plenty more to do for the kids.
Each year, the event is run jointly by the Bellport Chamber, the fire department and village government. Scroll down for 25 photos from the day by Shannon Miller.
