The sunny weather made for a perfect Halloween day in Patchogue, where children older than 3 popped from shop to shop to trick-or-treat on Main Street and South Ocean Avenue.
Kids were given candy and Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce-issued tokens to be redeemed for a grand prize at Roast Coffee & Tea Trading Company.
The Patchogue-Medford Library also let the Patchogue Moms Group hold a pot luck holiday party in the library’s meetings rooms.
Nothing official, but this looked to be the best attended Halloween Happenings so far.
