Greater Bay Shore TV followed Bay Shore High School student and musician Matthew Boyd up to Suffolk County Community College’s Brentwood campus on Sunday.
Boyd got to play before one of America’s leading pianists, Leon Bates, who was in town as part of the Friends of Bay Shore-Brightwaters Public Library Performing Arts Series.
Bates performed a special concert Saturday at the Van Nostrand Theatre in Brentwood.
Sunday morning he held a master class for the select students.
