Burgerology is now open on Main Street in Farmingdale

|

The fast-growing, family-operated restaurant chain Burgerology has kicked its eighth location into high-gear in Farmingdale.

Previously only open for takeout, Burgerology opened its doors for full dine-in services on Monday, Jan. 31.

The restaurant is located in a former tanning salon space at 247-249 Main St.

“Farmingdale has always been on our radar for opening a Burgerology. It has everything we could possibly want in a town,” owner Maria Galatoulas said. “There are the families we love to cater to — from our fun milkshakes to our phenomenal food — and we also cater to the great nightlife with our crazy cocktail book, DJs and draft beers.”

The Galatoulas family of Bellmore owns other Burgerology locations in Astoria, Rockville Centre, Syosset (an express location), Huntington, PatchogueStony Brook and Midtown Manhattan, which opened this past summer.

The Farmingdale location, Galatoulas said, will be Burgerology’s first to feature an 11-foot projector screen, which will be used to air live events.

The space also includes 10 televisions — perfect for those who enjoy watching sports, Galatoulas adds.
