A new bakery launches this week in the old Crave Café in Huntington.
Bellmore-based Cream Espresso Bar & Bakery will open its second location — at 260 Main St., starting Tuesday, Feb. 8, from 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
The shop will continue a soft opening through Thursday, and then host its official grand opening on Friday, Feb. 18, from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
Owner Georgio Hambartsoumian told greaterlongisland.com in a previous report he looks forward to introducing a “European taste” to the village.
The family-run business specializes in Armenian pastries, European-style baked goods, and American classics, Hambartsoumian said.
