Redefine Meals set to join the wellness community in Patchogue

|

Just a couple of months after announcing their new Babylon location, Redefine Meal Prep is not slowing down.

Owner Matt Riss and Vice President Jessica Fallica told GreaterPatchogue.com that they plan on expanding to 73 North Ocean Ave. in Patchogue this summer.

This will be the company’s eighth Redefine Meal Prep location, which will join other health-focused businesses on the same street, including Island Kava and Cryology Patchogue.

“This is probably going to be our biggest store,” Fallica said. “We’re loving the location and we’re next- door to things that match what we’re all about, which is wellness.”

The other Redefine Meal Prep locations are in Lake Grove, Syosset, Bellmore, Commack, Port Jefferson, Holbrook, and soon-to-be Babylon Village.

For the uninitiated, Redefine Meal Prep offers fresh, fully prepared meals delivered five times a week.

Customers can choose single items or a meal package from the company’s online store (either 7, 10, 15, or 20 meals).

Those who need a quick bite can stop in for grab-and-go meals or browse Redefine’s line of healthy snacks and products. All meals are never frozen. They are all made at a kitchen in Ronkonkoma and each is packaged in freezer-safe containers with specific heating instructions.

Just under 2,000 square feet in size, Riss said the Patchogue store will include seating. He added that ownership hopes to make it a gathering spot for visitors.

“It’s going to be more of a lounge area in the front where you can come in and do work,” Riss said. “I’m excited to get involved in the village and offer something healthy and quick because there aren’t many options like that.”

Fallica added that she thinks Redefine will do well with the demographic in the area and attract people who are looking for a chill place to sit back, relax and grab a bite to eat.

For the Redefine team, opening up shop in Patchogue just made sense, she continued.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of Patchogue and to collaborate with other businesses and stores down there, and help support the community as much as possible,” Fallica said.
