Southdown Coffee opening soon in Patchogue’s New Village apartment complex

|

This increasingly popular coffee shop is making its South Shore debut.

Southdown Coffee is coming soon to Tritec’s New Village development in downtown Patchogue.

The coffee business leased a 2,126-square-foot retail space at 16 Haven Ave., where the old Hometown Bake Shop once operated.

An opening date has not yet been announced.

Specializing in high-quality coffee and handmade food, patrons can grab a cup of joe, meet up with friends, enjoy a little breakfast, and utilize the café as a workspace.

“The mixed-use development at New Village has helped completely revitalize Patchogue,” said Chris Kelly, Vice President of Marketing at TRITEC. “Bringing in a tenant such as Southdown Coffee, which has multiple locations across Long Island, will provide both tenants and community members with a place to congregate.”

Southdown Coffee’s other locations are Glen Cove, Oyster Bay, Huntington, Northport, and most recently Port Jefferson, which opened this month.

This is a developing story. Check back in with greaterpatchogue.com for more details.
