Introducing the first-ever GLI Foodie Awards, a two-step superlative contest for Long Islanders, by Long Islanders. You will nominate. You will vote.
Then we’ll hand out the awards to all the winning restaurants and our sponsor, Main Street Menu Club, will quite literally design the ultimate Long Island menu featuring the Island’s best dishes.

Note: When filling out the nominating form, don’t just list a restaurant in each category. Indicate which dish or dishes that particular restaurant does best. Stay tuned for updates!
Nominate your favorites
Nominating is easy. Enter your name, email address, and list as many of your favorite items as you wish, along with the bakery or restaurant that prepares each item. Take care to name the restaurant’s town, village or hamlet, as there are multiple restaurants on Long Island with similar names.
