East Quogue girl missing; bicycle found at Hampton Bays train station

Police want the public’s help in finding a 16-year-old East Quogue girl who left her home early Wednesday morning and has not been seen since.

Southampton Town Police said Karleigy “K.C.” Kameron Amara was last seen about 2:30 a.m.

Karleigy is approximately 5-foot-4 and 155 pounds, with shoulder-length bright red hair. She was last seen wearing white pajama pants and a black hooded sweatshirt, while carrying a brown Coach bag.

Investigators said her blue and black bicycle was later located at the Hampton Bays train station.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Karleigy or has information about her whereabouts to contact the Southampton Town Police Department at 631.728.5000.
