Located in an industrial park just a stone’s throw away from Port Jefferson Beverage Center (worth a visit itself!), Bobby Rodriguez concocts a solid lineup of craft beer. His most recent tap list includes “Out-Wit Me,” a Belgian-style witbier that is easy drinking for the warmer weather as well as “Cloudy Mentality,” a “New England IPA,” which seems to be the craft beer style du jour.

But Bobby’s craftsmanship truly shines with his ciders. Some are fruity and can almost be substituted for a rosé. His traditional cider, however, is bright, crisp and thirst-quenching and should not be passed up.

The tasting room is kitschy bayou, attempting to evoke a sense of the swamplands. It has ample and comfy seating and often features game night, live music and drink specials.
