The folks at Sherry’s are especially excited about their Spero Foods lineup, which get shipped out to Long Island from Brooklyn.
The California company’s slogan is “dairy and eggs reinvented.” These vegan cheeses are somehow all plant-based.
Above your looking at the goat, which has the flavor and consistency of real goat cheese.
According to the company, “by harnessing the power of sunflower seeds, our cheeses are 90%+ more environmentally sustainable than dairy-based cheeses and over 50% more sustainable than nut-based cheeses.”
These are super popular in the vegan world.
