That’s an area of Long Island home to many a top-notch bagel shop.
However, the folks over at Bedrock were growing increasingly disappointed in the paleo and gluten free bagel options — or complete lack thereof.
“While on a family vacation we were introduced to cassava flour and it’s power to make outstanding bread, bagels, chips, and more,” reads the company’s website. “After endless research and lots of inspiration, our Pagel (a Gluten Free and Paleo friendly bagel) was born!”
Now they’re in the freezers at Sherry’s Market.
