This Patchogue family cashed in big on a New York Lottery scratch-off game this month, officials announced.
How big? $3 million big.
Brian Sullivan of Patchogue said his mother purchased the grand-prize winning ticket at 7-Eleven at 139 Sunrise Highway in Patchogue.
It was a 50X scratch-off game.
Sullivan’s family opted for the lump-sum payment, which totals to $1,840,732 after required withholdings.
The New York Lottery says there’s still one top prize remaining on another 50X ticket. To check the number of prizes remaining for any scratch-off game, click here.
