Station Yards, Ronkonkoma’s mix-use development by TRITEC Real Estate Company, on Sept. 26 began preleasing its next phase of apartments called The Core.
The Core features 388 units, consisting of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Located at 3 Hawkins Avenue across from the LIRR station, The Core will see its first residents move in this winter on Dec. 4. The Core will have 70,000 square feet of retail space, which will see businesses opening in 2024. So far, TRITEC secured deals with the following businesses, with more in the works, GLI was told.

About Station Yards
TRITEC has been building out its Station Yard project in multiple phases, completing its first phase of 489 apartment homes, Alston Station Yards, in 2021.
