DAISY’S NASHVILLE LOUNGE, PATCHOGUE

A taste of Tennessee made its way to Patchogue’s Main Street in mid-March in the form of Daisy’s Nashville Lounge, but the joint was forced to close to indoor dining in a matter of days, maybe hours.

But Daisy’s was busy throughout the summer, attracting diners and drinkers to the old Hoptron Brewtique with its ruby red neon signage and honky-tonk atmosphere and rustic decor. Country songs play on loop.

Longtime friends and business partners Brian Adams and Tim McCarthy teamed up on Daisy’s.

“I had this idea for a while,” McCarthy told us in March. “When I saw this spot I knew right away; there’s a great vibe here.”
