Downtown Bay Shore was jamming Sunday for the 17th Annual Arts Festival by the Bay, which is run annually by the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Bay Shore.
The big winner of the first-ever “30 Days of Eating in Bay Shore” raffle contest was also announced. Tory Brownyard of West Islip won a leather-bound booklet containing $50 gift cards from nearly all the local restaurants.
