Farmers Markets!
During the summer, the South Shore is speckled with farmers markets, selling everything from hot pickles to cold brew coffee. In Bay Shore, the farmers market is on Friday from 2–7 p.m. On Saturdays, you can catch a farmers market in Sayville (9 a.m.–2 p.m.), Islip (7 a.m.–noon) or Bellport (10 a.m.–4 p.m.). Finish up the weekend shopping on Sunday in Patchogue Village (9 a.m.–1 p.m.) or Babylon Village (8 a.m.–1 p.m.).
