Topsail Steamer is looking for two operators to bring its seafood steam-pot concept to Long Island, and on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 3 p.m., prospective franchise owners can get a behind-the-scenes look at the business.
The company is hosting a free live webinar called Behind the Bucket: An Inside Look at Topsail Steamer Franchising.
The webinar will explore what owning and operating a Topsail Steamer franchise looks like, from the company’s origins and growth to its small-footprint business model and plans for Long Island.
Founded eight years ago and still family-owned, Topsail Steamer has grown to 11 locations across five states. The company has been featured on “Shark Tank,” recognized by Forbes and named to the Inc. 5000. To date, it has built more than 175,000 seafood steam pots and served more than 60,000 customers nationwide.
During the webinar, the Topsail Steamer team will discuss its franchise model, which operates from spaces ranging from roughly 550 to 1,200 square feet, requires minimal staffing and maintains operating hours of noon to 7 p.m.
The company will also explain why it has identified Long Island as an expansion market. Topsail Steamer is currently looking to select just two operators to introduce the concept here, where the company says there is currently no direct competition in its category.
The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A with the Topsail Steamer team. Attendees interested in learning more will also have an opportunity to schedule a one-on-one follow-up call.
The webinar is free, but registration is required. Simply click here to save your spot!
