The Cook’s Studio, a business that offers interactive cooking classes in a fun, social atmosphere, is set to open its third Long Island location this week, in Patchogue.
The business, located in TRITEC Real Estate Company’s New Village, comes to town riding a wave success at its existing locations in Huntington and Hicksville. Offering interactive cooking classes in a fun, socially-charged atmosphere, The Cook’s Studio provides licensed chef instructors who guide individuals and groups on how to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen.

Colliers, an investment management company, worked with TRITEC to secure a long-term lease for The Cook’s Studio.
“The Cook’s Studio is yet another leading business that the tenants of the New Village and the community of Patchogue are sure to love,” said Chris Kelly, vice president of marketing at TRITEC. “When we designed New Village, we envisioned a fun, family-friendly environment that people want to live in or visit. We’re proud to have helped achieve this goal.”
Maria Valanzano, a vice president at Collier’s, said The Cook’s Studio and other retail tenants at New Village establishing long-term sustainability for Patchogue and providing the community with “a fun, vibrant atmosphere that anyone would want to have in their backyard.”
“The Cook’s Studio lease helps complete another portion of the vision that TRITEC had for New Village and the Village Green when it planned and built the property,” she added.
New Village offers 291 apartments, 45,000 square feet of retail, and 17,000 square feet of office space.
